We offer a variety of print-on-demand products like t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, tote bags, and hats, all designed for quality and uniqueness.

 

2. How does print-on-demand work?

We print products only when you order them. This allows us to offer a variety of items without the need for inventory, ensuring each product is made fresh for you.

 

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used for your order.

 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed in 3-7 business days. International orders can take 7-14 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

 

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow your package.

 

6. What is your return policy?

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Custom items, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective.

Return Process: Email info@lsk360.com with your order number and issue to initiate a return.

7. Are there any fees for returns?

There is a $7 restocking fee for returns, which covers processing and shipping costs. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the fee is waived. International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 

8. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days. We will issue a refund or replacement. Please include photos of the damage to speed up the process.

 

9. How do I return an item?

We’ll provide return instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since orders are processed quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. We’ll do our best to assist.

 

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

 

12. Why do colors vary from what I see online?

Due to the printing process, slight color variations may occur. Factors like machine type and material can affect the final color.
